December Winterwolf

• Appearance: Roughly 5'5-5'6, somewhat fluffy anthropomorphic white wolf with various large grey spots and grey ear tips, two streaks of dyed fur in a fringe

Personality

Due to being my fursona, she is essentially just me. I'm not looking to spell out my whole personality here, so this section will probably just consist of this sentence.

Biography (current)

It's still in the works, but what I can tell you is that she is a descendant of the less than 10 wolf Amushanians who escaped the War on Souls with their magic and, well, souls, still intact.

Biography (beta)

It is important to bear in mind here that before February of 2025, she was feral - she walked on all fours.

Born to the alpha male of a wolf pack that lived in a wooded coastal area, she was due to be married off to one of three suitors at the age of fourteen against her will. Not wishing to be in a relationship with anyone, at least not at the time, she fled into the night while her pack gave chase, driving her to leap into a fairly wide channel of water and swim for her life. For unknown reasons, none of the wolves in her pack even touched the water, abandoning the chase and returning back to camp. Eventually, December pulled herself ashore on a small city-island, right by an entrance gate to Wattpadopolis. She was greeted by the friendly guard, who after hearing her story, allowed her refuge, and assigned her to a house on G.O. Avenue in Fanfiction District, where she would forge friendships and thrive among her peers (if you couldn't tell, this was all referring to when I wrote Go Jetters fanfiction on Wattpad in 2020-2021).

Personal Blurb

December Winterwolf is the first OC I truly thought of as my fursona, even if I have technically had two beforehand (Robin in Beta Amushana's early days, and Seraphina when I was active on the PAW Patrol Fanon Wiki). I wound up accidentally creating her while drawing potential adoptables (which never came to be, and have since been lost to time - except for Gail Softbreeze, but she has her own page). After a few attempts, I decided to just draw a wolf, added a few grey spots here and there, slapped a collar on, and voila! The name was also something of a quick job, merely taking into consideration my birth month (December), the season my birthday is quite close to (technically it's in autumn but eh, Winter sounds better - and that was my logic back then, too), and her being... well, a Wolf. I reckon I took some subconscious inspiration from Animal Jam's naming system, where you could choose 3 words from a predetermined pool to make a name in the format "Word Wordword", despite the fact that at that point I hadn't actually played Animal Jam in any way for almost 4 years, which I find quite funny. As of right now, December Winterwolf has existed for over 6 years, which is crazy to me - like, damn. There are genuine children out in the world (and even among my acquaintances) that are younger than my silly fursona.
